Digital Filter
You can use this function to apply a pulse filter to all the input terminals individually.
This makes it possible to reduce the false recognition of input signals due to the noise and chattering
that may be caused by switches and relays.
Refer to the CPU Unit Reference Manual (Software) for detailed setting procedure of the digital filter.
Operation Principle
Check the level during the clock sampling time. When the signal level remains the same for longer
than the digital filter setting time, the digital filter recognizes that signal as the input signal and
changes the signal level of the PC.
If the signal level changes at a frequency shorter than the set time, therefore, the level change is
ignored.
CAUTION
The initial setting in the input pulse filter is 1ms (all input points).
To meet the specified CE EMC Directive, set the digital filter one meter or longer.
