Operation
Installation
a) Chose an appropriate location for attaching the sensor and the
alarm unit at the water container to be monitored. An ideal positi-
on for the sensor is for example the wall adjacent to the bath tub.
b) Clean the areas where you intend to mount the components by
using a grease-dissolving cleaning agent.
c) Attach the water sensor and the alarm unit to the cleaned surfa-
ces by means of the adhesive strip on the back.
d) Observe the correct position of the water sensor or rather the
maximum water level which is to be indicated (bottom side of
sensor corresponds to alarm-tripping level; see illustration).

Mise en place des piles
a) Dévissez le couvercle pour ouvrir le compartiment à piles situé au
dos de l’appareil.
b) Mettez 3 piles micro de type AAA dans le compartiment à piles en
respectant la polarité.
c) Refermez et vissez le compartiment à piles.
d) L’alarme anti-débordement est maintenant prête à être mise en
service.
Branchement
Installation
a) Choisissez un endroit approprié pour monter le palpeur et l’alar-
me dans le bac que vous souhaitez protéger contre un déborde-
ment ; il est idéal de monter le palpeur par ex. dans une baignoire
côté mur.
b) Nettoyez les points de fixation au moyen d’un solvant enlevant les
matières grasses.
c) Placez le palpeur d’eau et l’alarme sur la surface bien nettoyée et
fixez-les au moyen des rubans adhésifs situés au dos.
