– ANOMALY SIGNALLING RELAY
Error messages can be transmitted remotely with a maximum charge of 24 VDC / 100 mA using the closure contact option available
in terminals 7 and 8, these messages can be configured with the PSCS software.

– MAINTENANCE
ATTENTON
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION, DISCONNECT CURRENT, MANUALLY LIFT THE TRIM USING
THE HANDWHEEL AND DO NOT ACTIVATE THE ACTUATOR ELECTRICALLY. FROM NOW ON YOU CAN EXTRACT THE YOKE - ACTUATOR
AND ANY COMPONENT CONNECTED.

– BODY GASKET REPLACEMENT

IF THE VALVE IS FITTED WITH A SOFT SEAL, CONSIDERING THE COMPLEXITY OF THE OPERATIONS FOR BODY
GASKET/S REPLACEMENT, YOU ARE ADVISED TO CONTACT OUR SUPPORT SERVICE.

” , proceed as follows:
unscrew the locking nuts ref. 17 that tighten the yoke ref. 18 for version 5000 EP unscrew the lower nuts ref. 17 that tighten the lower
flange ref. no. 1a, at the same time remove the overall electrical actuator with the bonnet and trim connected, remove the old gasket
ref. 9 and clean the compartment carefully, replace the gasket/s ref. 9, then proceed to assembly by carrying out the previous operations
in the reverse order.
