CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Switch the unit off and pull the plug from the socket prior to cleaning and after use of the unit.
Clean the unit body with a wet cloth.
Do not use steel wool, abrasive agents or solvents to clean the unit.
The transmissions must not be exposed to water!
Wipe them with a damp cloth only.
Do not immerse the stick extension in water!
Just rinse it. Make sure the water does not enter the extension where
the driving spindle is. If this happens, leave the stick extension to dry and apply a few drops of vegetable oil to ease
the operation of the extension bearings.
Wash the vessels and blades in tepid water with detergent and rinse in clean water; you can use a dishwasher.
Some of the plastic parts may change colour when you process ingredients with a higher pigmentation level (e.g.
carrots). To remove the colour, apply vegetable oil to these parts and let it work for a couple of minutes before
washing.
The warranty conditions do not apply to defects caused by improper or inadequate maintenance of the
equipment.
