The CDM-740 presently does
not
accommodate 1:N redundant operations; therefore, while
selectable, this submenu is non-functional. If, however,
1:N
is selected from the
Utility
menu
branch –
regardless of the presence of a CRS-175L switch
– the following error message displays:

Circuit ID (max length 32)

This menu allow the user to enter a Circuit ID string. Use the

arrow keys to position the
cursor on to the character to be edited, then edit the character using

▼
arrow keys. The
following characters are available:
[
Space
] ( ) * + - , . / 0-9
and
A-Z.
Only the bottom line (32 characters) is available. Once the Circuit ID string is composed, press
ENTER
