Note
:
1. Port 4 is Wired-WAN port, port 0, port 1, port 2, port 3 are LAN ports.
2. “Untagged” means the Ethernet frame transmits from this port without VLAN tag.
3. “Tagged” means the Ethernet frame transmits from this port with VLAN tag.
4. “Off” means this port does not belong to VLAN. For default settings, port 0 belongs to
VLAN1, but does not belong to VLAN 2.
3.6.11 DHCP and DNS
Domain required
: Don’t forward DNS-requests without DNS-Name.
Authoritative
: This is the only DHCP on the local network.
Local server
: Local domain specifications. Names matching this domain are never forwarded
and are resolved from DHCP or hosts files only.
Local domain
: Local domain suffix appended to DHCP names and hosts file entries.
