PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING
The CH30-10 can be installed as a one day project. The normal time required to install the CH30-10
is about 6 – 7 hours for a two to four man crew. This time requirement will vary dependent upon the
composition of the soil and the speed of the installers.
As we have talked to past customers who have installed this product, we have found that most people
prefer to break up the installation project into a two or three day process. As a result of these
conversations, these instructions have been rewritten into a format that we hope will be more helpful
to the casual installer. If you plan to install this playground in one day, disregard the phases and
completely assemble the CH30-10. Mix and pour the concrete as the last step.
The benefit to installing and setting this product in phases is: The first phase will provide rigid
support for attaching the Platform, Climbers, and Slides of this Playground Structure. Having the
floor joists and ladder pre-set will stabilize the system and make it easier to be working up on the
joists to attach the lumber, barriers etc. without risk of knocking the platform out of level or sinking
the Clubhouse Legs into soft soil as a result of body weight and movement.
*Before digging, please obey local laws by notifying your local underground utilities marking
