Slide the expansion board into the expansion slot and press the
board firmly into place.
When installing an expansion board, press firmly on the board so
that the whole connector seats properly in the expansion board
slot.

Replace the screw at the side of the expansion slot.

Replace the workstation access panel.
7.
Connect external cables to the installed board, if necessary.
8.
Plug the power cord back into the grounded AC outlet.
9.
Turn on the system.
10.
Reconfigure the workstation, if necessary.
Removing an Expansion Board
Reverse the steps in the previous section to remove an expansion
board. When reversing these steps:

Be sure to store the board in antistatic packaging.
❏
Install an expansion slot cover to close the open slot.
