WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS

IMPORTANT

Read these instructions for use carefully. 

Familiarise yourself with the appliance before 

connecting it to its gas container. Keep these 

instructions for future reference. 

CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD

This appliance can produce carbon monoxide 

which has no odour. Using it in an enclosed 

space (for example, caravan, tent, car, mobile 

home) may cause death. 

DO NOT MODIFy THIS APPlIANCE 

In the case of service or failure, do not attempt to 

repair, return to the place of purchase for service 

& warranty support. 

DO NOT USE THIS APPlIANCE IF  

IT HAS DAMAGED OR WORN SEAlS 

Check that seals between the appliance and the 

gas container are in place and in good condition 

before connecting the gas container.

DO NOT USE THIS APPlIANCE IF  

IT IS lEAkING, DAMAGED OR DOES 

NOT OPERATE PROPERly 

•   If there is a smell of gas, immediately extinguish 

the burner, disengage the gas cartridge 

and move the appliance to a well ventilated 

location away from any ignition source. Check 

for leaks using soapy water. Do not try to detect 

leaks using a flame.

•   If there is a leak from your appliance (smell of 

gas) and you cannot stop the gas flow, remove 

the appliance to a well ventilated location away 

from any ignition source. Check for leaks using 

soapy water. Do not try to detect leaks using a 

flame.

GAS CONTAINERS SHAll BE CHANGED 

IN A WEll vENTIlATED lOCATION

Preferably outside away from people and any 

sources of ignition such as naked flames, pilot 

flames, etc.

DURING OPERATION THE POT/PAN 

HOlDER AND BURNER ASSEMBly  

WIll BECOME EXTREMEly HOT  

– DO NOT TOUCH

Once the appliance had been used move to a 

secure location and allow to cool before storing 

in the plastic carry case.  Ensure that the gas 

cartridge is removed from the appliance prior to 

storage. Store the gas cartridges separately to 

the appliance. 

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOvE OR 

RElOCATE THE APPlIANCE WHEN  

IT IS OPERATING

Extinguish the burner, disengage the gas 

cartridge then move the appliance. To check if 

gas remains in the cartridge, hold the cartridge in 

a vertical position and shake from side to side, if 

there is a sound or feel of liquid movement inside 

the cartridge contains gas. 

THE APPlIANCE MUST BE USED 

OUTDOORS ONly

It is to be operated no closer than 900mm 

from combustible surfaces, fabrics, flammable 

materials & people.  Must only be used on solid 

& stable surfaces made from non combustible or 

non flammable materials. 

INSPECT THE APPlIANCE REGUlARly 

FOR SIGNS OF WEAR, lEAkS OR 

INCORRECT OPERATION

If issues are identified do not attempt to repair, 

return to your authorised stockist for service & 

maintenance.
