1. ASSEMBLY

Review the contents of the package.  

Make sure all listed components are included.

1.  Install the burner and reflector plate into the steel 

frame, using the wing nut.

2.  Align the male end fitting on the Gas Control Assembly 

to the venturi tube on the burner and screw in the 

internal thread on the burner. Use an adjustable 

spanner to tighten until tight.

 

Take care

 not to overtighten as this will strip the 

thread in the burner tube.

Note:

  Once connected, the gas control does not need to be 

removed for storage or when packed away.

2. CONNECTION

Your cooker is designed to connect directly to 

a gas cylinder with a POL connector using the 

specially designed LP Gas hose and regulator. 

1.    Check that the cylinder 

gas control is in the 

“OFF” position (turned 

fully clockwise) 

2.   Take the hose and 

attach to the gas inlet 

on the appliance, tighten 

up using a spanner. 

DO NOT 

use fingers to 

tighten connection.

3.   Attach the other end 

of the hose with the 

regulator to the gas 

cylinder, tightening using 

the two finger support 

posts. 

4.   Check that gas control 

on cooker is turned 

“OFF”, then turn the 

cylinder gas valve on 

in an anti-clockwise 

direction for one full 

turn and then check the 

connections for leaks 

with soapy water. 

  If a leak is detected 

turn the cylinder gas valve “OFF” and retighten all 

connections then retest.
