ASSEMBLY

1.  Remove all 

components from 
the packaging 

2.  Hold the body of 

the BBQ on its 
side and locate 
one of the three 
(3) sets of leg 
studs on the side 
of the appliance. 

  Taking one of the 

legs, place the 
holes over the leg 
studs and push in 
a forward motion 
to lock the leg 
in place. Repeat 
this step for the 
remaining legs.

3.  While the BBQ is 

on its side connect 
the hose assembly 
to the threaded 
section that is 
exposed at the 
base of the BBQ. 

 

Take the gas hose 
with the knurled nut 
(includes two holes) 
and tighten with 
your fingers in a 
clockwise direction. 

4.  Place the BBQ  

in the upright 
position and 
locate the grease 
collection tray. 

5.  Assemble the two (2) 

wire handles on the 
cast iron hot plate. 
The hot plate has a 
raised flange section 
that is to assist in 
locating the plate in 
the correct location 
on the BBQ body. 

 

Identify the slot in 
the BBQ body then 
position the plate on 
the BBQ.

6.  Attach the wind 

shield to the BBQ 
plate via the two slots 
located on the edge 
of the plate.
