Troubleshooting (continued)
The bolt is difficult to screw into a
wood stud.
If the bolt is damaged, please contact customer service for a replacement
bolt and follow the installation instructions:
1. Pre-drill the pilot holes to the required length.
2. Use an open wrench or socket wrench (not included), rather than power tool ,
which could damage the bolt.
The arm moves stiffly.
Apply lubricant to the arm's joint.
