Abbreviated Dialling

 Storing of System Numbers

The “System” group of numbers comprises of fifty 20 digit numbers available to all
users of the system with access to an exchange line. These numbers can be
programmed from the socket on the main equipment or the station numbered 11.

Programming is carried out in the following manner:

handset off -hook

press the “S” key

dial digit “9”

press the   

 key

dial the two digit code 

 , , 

at which the number is to be stored

press the   

 key

dial the full number

press the   

 key

handset back to on-hook

Note: Individual “System” Abbreviated numbers may be cleared by pressing
