Start by turning knob

counterclockwise.

Remove hardware shaft

from mounting bracket

and set aside.

Loosen bolts

” allen wrench provided and remove along with washers

and spacer plate

from mounting
bracket

. Parts

and
F
will be replaced so either discard or retain for future use.

Align mounting bracket

and countersunk holes of mounting plate

and attach with provided flat head screws

using phillips head screwdriver. Make sure the screw heads are flush with mounting plate

when finished.

Attach

to back support with socket head bolts

and tighten using

llen wrench.

Insert hardware shaft

into mounting bracket

and turn knob

clockwise to secure.
Note: Make sure at least

” of shaft

is completely through the bottom of

at all times
