battery according to the below diagram.

STORAGE

Store the heater in a cool, dry location when not in use. To prevent dust and dirt build-up, use the original
packaging to repack the unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the heater will not operate, please check the following before seeking repair or service:

1.

Check if the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet, if not, plug it in.

2.

Check if there is power to the outlet.

3.

Check if the battery in remote control is good and that the battery insulating film is pulled out (see
remote preparation on page 6 of this manual).

NOTE: The heater may not operate if the thermostat is set higher than the ambient room temperature. To
begin operation, increase the thermostat temperature setting on the heater using the control panel buttons
or remote control buttons.

If the heater operates but does not get hot or heat output is reduced, please check the following before seeking
repair or service:

1.

Check if the thermostat temperature is set too low for the desired temperature.

2.

Check if unit is cool down mode before the unit is set to turn off.

If the above does not solve the problem, the problem may be a quartz tube burned out. Replacement quartz
