First filter : All the nodes can connect to the internet except 192.168.0.123 which is very limited to
special functions. It is not allowed to send mail (port 25), receive mail (port 110), and browse Internet
(port 80); port 53 (DNS) is necessary to resolve the domain name.
Second filter (192.168.0.2 0-) has no access to the internet (everything is blocked)
