• For proper harness fit and crash protection:
- Infant seat insert MUST be used for children less than
25 lbs. (11.4 kg).
- Discontinue use of the infant inserts when shoulders
are above the top shoulder strap slots forward-facing
or shoulder straps become too short to fit child.
To remove infant head insert:
1. On back side of car seat, untie
strings securing the head insert.
2. From front side pull infant head insert out
of seat and strings out of shoulder belt slots.
To remove infant seat insert:
1. With shoulder harness straps unbuckled,
lift seat insert out from under harness belts
and out of seat.
To install infant inserts:
1. Install seat insert first. Unbuckle shoulder
harness belts and slide seat insert into seat
with lap belt in openings on sides and crotch
belt opening at front of seat insert

2. Secure infant head insert above the seat
insert by sliding strings through one of the
top two shoulder belt slots and secure by
tying the strings on the back side of the
car seat
