Opening the battery compartment:
1. Push the driver's seat completely to the back
(see Chap. "Driver's seat adjustment“).
2.
Click the driver’s seat to the front and fix it.
3. Pivote the empty dirty water tank completely to the side.
Installing/removing batteries:

Prepare the batteries (1) and connection cable (2)
according to the information in Chapter "Technical data"
.
5. Insert batteries (1) in the battery tray (4) .
6. The on board battery charger is programmed for 240 Ah
batteries. In case of using other batteries, please
reprogramm the charger according the instructions given in
the manual of the charger delivered with the machine.
Using a suitable lifting truck, the batteries can be installed or
removed together with the battery tray.
Closing the battery compartment:

Close the recovery tank (2) by swivelling it to the right side.
8.
Tilt the driver's seat (3) downwards. Ensure that the lug (5)
locks in place in the bolt (6).

Connecting batteries:

Place the batteries in the battery compartment as shown.
Make sure the battery poles / are in the right position!
WARNING! Risk of injury!
Connecting the batteries wrongly can result in a
short circuit and may cause fire. Never connect the
same poles together. Follow these instructions
carefully:

Connect the battery poles and with connection
cable as shown.
11.
Connect the red cable to the pole.
12.
Connect the blue cable to the pole.
13.
With smaller batteries use a spacer (7) to secure them.
14.
Close the battery compartment (see 6 and 7).
