Air filter insert clean/change 

 

 

 

  1.

   Switch the automatic scrubber off completely. 

2.  Open the recovery tank cover (1) as far as it will go. 

3.  Open the air filter cap (2) and remove the air filter insert (3) from the filter unit. 

4.  Carefully clean the air filter insert (3) by hand with clean water and then allow to 

dry completely, or replace with a new air filter insert (3). 

5.  Put the dry air filter insert (3) back in the filter unit and close the filter cap (2). 

6.  Close the recovery tank cover (1).

Cleaning/checking the float 

 

 

 

1.  Switch the automatic scrubber off completely. 

2.  Emptying and cleaning the recovery tank  

(see Sec. "Emptying and cleaning the recovery tank"). 

3.  Open the recovery tank cover (1) as far as it will go. 

 

 

  ATTENTION! 

A dirty or damaged float may ruin the equipment. Never use the 
appliance if the float is dirty or damaged float.  
Only clean carefully by hand with clean water.  

4.  Clean the float (2) carefully by hand with clean water.  

5.  Close the recovery tank cover (1).

Emptying the solution tank

Switch the automatic scrubber off completely. 

  ATTENTION! 

Dispose of waste water and cleaning solution in accordance with 
existing environmental regulations, collect and recycle where 
possible. 

2.

 

Push the scrubber to near a waste water drain. 

3.

 

Remove the recovery discharge hose (1) from its holder. 

4.

 

Position the recovery discharge hose (1) over the drain as shown and 
remove the closure cap (2), wait until the solution tank is empty. 

5.

 

Flush the fresh water tank. 

6.

 

When solution tank is empty, replace the closure cap (2) and return the 
recovery discharge hose (1) to its holder. 

7.

 

Check solution filter for cleanliness
