How to Turn Off Auto Lock (Open Mode)

For NDL302 ONLY* If you have NDL319, please email us at [email protected] with order ID

1. Enter your mastercode# ---> ascending beep

2. Enter *9#2#1# ---> ascending beep

3. Enter mastercode# again ---> 3 beeps means auto-lock is turned off. The lock will also have a

flashing red light to let you know auto-lock has been turned off.

How to Temporarily Turn On Auto-Lock (While in Open Mode)

1. HOLD the  *  key for about 6 seconds ---> a descending beep means auto-lock is turned on.

When the lock has auto-lock temporarily turned on, you can unlock with physical key, and remote

control. You can also unlock with passcode and key fob, however these two methods will turn off

auto-lock. At this point, you can either turn on auto-lock by holding the * key for 6 seconds, leave

the lock with auto-lock turned off, or exit Open Mode and return the lock back to it’s original

auto-lock setting.

How to Exit Open Mode

The difference between this and temporarily turning on auto-lock, is that you will no longer be able

turn off auto-lock by using the passcode or key fob method as you were able to when the lock was

temporarily on auto-lock mode.

1. Enter your mastercode# ---> 3 beeps

2. Enter *9#2#0# ---> no sound

3. Enter your mastercode# again ---> 3 beeps

4. Hold the * key ---> descending beep

5. Enter your mastercode ---> ascending beep

6. Now the lock has returned to the original auto-lock state. All codes, key fobs, and remote control

will still work as usual.
