Verve Hybrid 

Switching Flatbed and Roll to Roll from Software 

Follow these steps to switch Flatbed to Roll to Roll unit using the software: 

Step 1:

 Click on the 

Main Menu

Tools

HW Setting 

path (Refer to Fig 23). The 

Printer HW Setting

 dialog 

box appears, as shown below:

Step 2:

 Select the 

Use Flatbed

 check box when using Roll to Roll printing (Refer to Fig 27). 

Step 3:

 After this, click on the 

OK

 button to save the setting (Refer to Fig 27). 

Steps for Flatbed Printing

 

Step 1:

 Select the Use Flatbed check box for using the Flatbed printing and then restart the machine. 

Step 2:

 Set the base value 116485. 

Step 3: 

Recheck the bi-direction calibration. 

Steps for Roll to Roll Printing

 

Step 1:

 Unselect the Use Flatbed check box for using the Roll to Roll printing and restart the machine. 

Step 2:

 Set the base value 62000. 

Step 3: 

Recheck the bi-direction calibration. 

Note:

 Other calibration value remains same. 

 

Dry Movement Test 

Run the full (3200/2000 mm) dry print  command (without  Ink and Head) to verify the functioning of the 
printer like XYZ axis, sensors, Limit Switch, etc.
