Use
• Clean whisks and dough hooks before the first use.
• Make sure the electric hand mixer is disconnected from the power supply before
you attach whisks or dough hooks.
1. Attach the whisks or the dough hooks in the holes on the bottom of the electric
hand mixer. A click is heard when they are inserted correctly.
2. First set the speed control (2) in position 0 and then connect the plug to a wall socket.
3. Select the desired speed with the speed control depending on what will be
mixed. Always start at a low speed and increase if need be. Set the speed after
the need; never overload the electric hand mixer.
4. If a burst of speed is desired the speed button (1) can be pushed in.
The speed is increased by 20% as long as the button is pushed in.
5. Never use the electric hand mixer for longer than 3 minutes at a time. Always let
the hand mixer cool down to room temperature before reusing it.
6. After finished use, set the speed control in position 0 before removing the
electric hand mixer. Then remove the plug from the wall socket.
7. The whisks/dough hooks can be cleaned by using a plastic or wooden scraper.
Release the whisks/dough hooks
1. Set the speed control in position 0 before you release the whisks/dough hooks.
2. Hold the whisks/dough hooks with one hand and push the release button (3)
with the other hand.
Cleaning
1. Pull the plug out from the wall socket and let the electric hand mixer cool off for
a little while.
2. Wipe with a soft, lightly moistened cloth. Never use solvents or strong
detergents. Also wipe away possible food spills from the cord.
3. Wash whisks and dough hooks in hot water and then wipe dry. The whisks and
dough hooks may be washed in a dishwasher.
Note:
Never rinse or immerse the electric hand mixer in water or any other liquid!
