Any direct or indirect loss, consequential loss, personal injury or damage to
property, loss arising from interruptions or delays in production.

Claims or damage resulting from buyer’s non-compliance with applicable
laws,
regulations, codes or by-laws, and standard industry practices.
Transfer of Warranty
The SMARTHUB unit is only covered under warranty to the original buyer of the
SMARTHUB and this warranty is non-transferable to, and may not be enforced by, any
third parties, including, but not limited to; subsequent buyers, users or assignees of
the unit.
