2. Replace hoses and tighten hose clamps
securely, if radiator hoses are swollen,
hardened or cracked replace hoses and
hose clamps.

Precaution at Overheating
Take the following actions in the event the
coolant temperature is close to or more than the
boiling point, which is called “Overheating”.
1. Stop the vehicle operation in a safe place
and keep the engine unloaded idling.
2.
Don’t stop the engine suddenly, but stop it
after about 5 minutes of unloaded idling.
3. Keep yourself well away from the vehicle for
at least 10 minutes or while the steam is
blowing out.
4. Refer to the trouble shooting section in this
manual to repair the overheating issue. If
the issue cannot be resolved, take the UTV
to a service center for repair.

Checking Intake Air Line
1. C heck to see i f the hoses and hose
clamps are tight and not damaged.
2. If hoses and clamps are found to be worn or
damaged, replace or repair them at once.

1. Inspect tires for damage
2. If tires are cracked, bulged, cut or worn out,
replace or repair tires at once.

Tire Tread Depth
Always replace tires when the tread depth is
worn to minimum allowable.
