Variator weights need to be inspected as the result of normal wear and aging.
8. Remove worn or damaged CVT belt.
9. Install new CVT belt over clutch pulley first, then insert CVT belt over crank shaft.
10. Re-install variator fan pulley spacer and nut.
11. Tighten variator nut to 55Nm (5.5m kg, 39.8ft lb)
