this guarantee applies to the products contained in this manual.
GUARANTEE:
COINTRA GODESIA, S.A. guarantees the products it supplies in accordance with R.L.D. 1/2007 on the Guarantee in the Sale of Consumer Goods
for a period of

years
against defects and malfunctions as and from the acquisition of the product.
Unless it can be proved otherwise, it will be assumed that any lack of conformity that appears
6 months
after the delivery, did not exist when the item
was delivered.
This guarantee is only and exclusively valid for appliances that are sold and installed in Spanish territory.
COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE:
COINTRA GODESIA, S.A. offers a commercial guarantee for TL plus models consisting of the following:

2 years
covering both labour and in spare parts from the date of purchase of the product, verified by the presentation of the invoice or purchase
ticket.

5 years
for the tank (does not include labour nor transport), provided that the relevant annual inspection of the anode is carried out from the
second year (except appliances in the Canary Islands). In the Canary Islands a guarantee of 3 years is granted in the tank (does not include labour
nor transport) provided that the anode has been checked in the second year of life of the appliance.
SCOPE OF THE GUARANTEE:
Unless there is evidence to the contrary, it shall be understood that the goods are compliant and fit for the purpose for which they are acquired and
provided that they are used under the following conditions:
• The guaranteed device must be one that the manufacturer specifically supplies in Spain, and must be installed in Spain.
• Any spare parts that need to be replaced shall be those determined by our OFFICIAL Technical Service, and in all cases, they must be Cointra
Godesia originals.
• The warranty is valid provided the normal maintenance operations described in the technical instructions supplied with the equipment are carried
out.
• The consumer must inform Cointra Godesia if the product is not up to standard, within a period of no more than two months from the date on
which this becomes apparent.
The guarantee does not cover incidents caused by:
• The power supply from systems with power generators or any other system that is not a stable electric circuit or that does not have sufficient
capacity.
• Products that have been repaired by someone who is not from the OFFICIAL Cointra Godesia Technical Support and/or authorized personnel
from Cointra Godesia.
• Corrosion, deformation, etc., caused by unsuitable storage.
• Handling of the product by personnel outside of Cointra Godesia during the guarantee period.
• Installation not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the equipment.
• Installation of the system without observing the current Laws and Regulations (electricity, hydraulic, etc.)
• Defects in electricity, water or gas installations, or due to insufficient flow rate.
• Anomalies caused by the incorrect treatment of the feed water to the system, due to corrosion resulting from aggressiveness, descaling treatments
incorrectly carried out, etc.
• Anomalies caused by atmospheric agents (ice, lightning, floods, etc.), as well as unsteady currents.
• Improper maintenance, carelessness or incorrect use.
The user must register complaints concerning damages produced during transport directly with the transporter.
VERY IMPORTANT:
In order to exercise the Guarantee right acknowledged here, the appliance must be for domestic use. The bill or receipt for the
appliance, along with the corresponding delivery note, if it was given at a later date, must be shown to the Cointra Godesia technical staff.
NOTE:
All our Official Technical Services are appropriately accredited by Cointra. Demand this accreditation in any intervention.
