Troubleshooting/FAQ:
1.
The Cocktail Audio Pro X100 has no power.
Ensure the power adaptor is lit, cord securely plugged into the wall socket and
connected to the Pro X100.
Firmly press the power button at the front of the X100.
2.
The Cocktail Audio Pro X100 is not ripping.
Ensure the Pro X100 has internet access.
Verify if the disc metadata exist upon ripping.
Verify if the CD import app/module is installed.
3.
The Cocktail Audio Pro X100 cannot mount an external USB drive.
Ensure the external USB is active & has power.
Ensure the Drive Mounter app/module is installed.
Note the ‘mount point’ directory and save the settings.
4.
The Cocktail Audio Pro X100 cannot mount a NAS or shared network directory on a
network.
Ensure the NAS is active & has power.
Ensure the NAS is on the same network as the X100.
Ensure the Drive Mounter app is installed.
Note the ‘mount point’ and save the settings.
Check the network connection & settings on the X100.
5.
Cannot select the external USB drive on the web interface.
Ensure the external USB is active & powered.
Ensure the Drive Mounter app/module is installed.
Make sure the drive is formatted before inserting the device into the X100.
Restart the X100 with the USB inserted if possible.
Check the external HDD has no partition problems.
6.
The Web interface cannot be accessed.
Ensure your LAN/internet is working.
Ensure the X100 is on the same network as the controller device.
Be sure to key in ‘mycocktailaudio.co.uk’ or refresh the controller device(s).
7.
No sound is emitting from audio setup.
Setup the correct audio device & port eg Toslink or USB Audio.
Ensure you have selected the pre-configured player.
Check the DAC/AMP settings.
