What do you need in a kit to troubleshoot the Sprint?
Batteries (2xAA)
transmitting cable
headset cable
Signal check (part no. Z22502)
lapel microphone
Monitor earphones for the sprint (part no. Z43139)

Check
:
The low battery symbol is not showing.
The correct coil is properly in place. (Coil should have ‘S’ or ‘L’
embossed on to it.)
Both the headset cable and transmitting cable are connected
properly.
The cables are not broken or cracked.
When the processor is working correctly 5 – 8
segments will show on the segment meter in
response to speech. The red indicator light will also
flash.
If the indicator light and segment meter do not respond to
sound:
•
Change all batteries ensuring that they are in the correct way.
•
Ensure that battery contacts are clean. Rub the terminals with
an eraser and clean with alcohol wipes if possible.
