WARRANTY

COBRA ELECTRONICS CORPORATION warrants that its Cobra

 

PhoneLynx™, and the component parts ther

eof, will be free of defects

 

in workmanship and materials for a term of one year from the date

 

of first consumer purchase. This warranty may be enfor

ced by the 

first consumer purchaser

, provided that the pr

oduct is used solely 

within the U.S.A. and Canada. Cobra will, without charge, r

epair or 

replace, at its option, defective PhoneL

ynx™ products or component

 

parts upon delivery to the Cobra Factory Service Department, if ac-

companied by proof of the date of first consumer pur

chase, such as a 

duplicated copy of a sales receipt. The consumer must pay any initial

 

shipping charges r

equired to ship the pr

oduct for warranty service. 

Return shipping will be at Cobra’

s expense if the product is r

epaired or

 

replaced under warranty

This warranty gives the consumer specific rights, and he or she may 

also have other rights which vary from state to state.

911 Statement

Calling 911 using a cell phone works differ

ently than calling 911 on a 

land line.  In order for a call to 911 emer

gency services to be able to 

provide your exact location, E911 services must be deployed in your 

area and you must have a GPS enabled and activated cell phone. See 

your cell phone owner’s manual to determine if your cell phone has
