Make sure that Coala unit is
powered on and connected
to the smartphone. The
circle in the app needs to be
blue before you can start a
recording.

All recordings are stored in
the Coala Care Server and
are only accessible if the
smartphone is connected to
the Internet.
I forgot my password to login
in to the app.
Press ’I forgot my login
details‘ on the login screen
and follow the instructions.
You will receive an email to
the email address you used
to setup the Coala App.
