CAUTION
• When stopped on a hill, use the brake pedal to hold your position. Do not use the accelerator
pedal.
To stop the vehicle, release the accelerator pedal and depress the brake pedal until the vehicle comes to a
complete stop.
PARKING AND LEAVING THE VEHICLE
1. After stopping the vehicle, firmly depress park brake pedal until it locks. This will prevent vehicle from roll-
ing.
2. Turn the key switch to OFF and place the Forward/Reverse handle in the NEUTRAL position. Remove
the key and turn fuel shut-off valve to closed (OFF) position when the vehicle is not in use
BED LATCH

Turf 1 and Turf 2 vehicles are equipped with a bed latch on the driver side of the vehicle as standard equip-
ment
. To lift the bed, pull the latch handle toward the rear of the vehicle and lift the bed.
To close the bed, lower it gently until the bed latch engages. DO NOT drop the bed.

• Keep hands clear of crush area between bed and seat back support.
NOTE:
The Turf 2 vehicle is equipped with an automatically engaging prop rod, unless equipped with the
hydraulic or electric bed lift option
.
