IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Grinding-in knowledge
The grinding during the first 100km is very important for engines performance and service
life. During this period, if it is correctly grinded, your motorcycle will in good condition for
polonged time. During grinding, the gears will be polished mutually and smooth mesh can
be developed.
To enhance the motorcycle’s stability and performance. Please take care and patience during
grind-in. The most important is to avoid any operation that makes the engine parts hotness
incordiantely.
For the details of grind-in, please refer to the episode ‘Grind-in of new motorcycle’.
Please carefully read the manual and strictly follow all the rules or instruction.
Pay special attention on the emphasized words such as ‘warning’, ‘caution’, ‘attention’, etc.
WARNING
It involves in drivers’ safety. Never ignore them to avoid driving acci-
dents.
CAUTION
It means that all the running methods must be obeyed or some measures
should be adopted in case machinery is damaged.
