PARKING INSTRUCTION
PARKING IN GARAGE
If motorcycle needs to be stopped using long time, such as in winter, it should be taken some
proper measures to store or maintain it. The relevant matters are as below.
1.
Replace engine oil and oil filter.
2.
Drained off remained oil in oil tank and carburetor, meanwhile, spray inner side of oil tank
with anti-rust oil, then refit oil tank cap.
3.
Take down spark plug and pour a spoon of engine oil(usage for cleaning 15-20cc) into
cylinder, then start engine several times so that oil can be distributed all over the parts. Fi-
nally, install spark plug well.
NOTE
If storage time is over one month, it is very important to drain away remained oil in
the carburetor completely ensuring its normal later usage.
WARNING
In many conditions, petrol can be burnt and exploded. Therefore, when oil is drained,
smoking, lighting and flame left is forbidden.
