Appendix B. Troubleshooting
Using the DB-9 connector at the rear panel of your BS-V100, you can monitor some useful debugging
messages via serial connection. You can use PC’s serial port and emulation program (e.g.
hyperterminal) to get the messages on your PC. The COM port in your PC should be configured like
this:
Baud rate: 115200
Data bits: 8bit
Parity: None
Stop bits: 1
Flow control: Xon/Xoff
When some error occurs, the debugging messages are very helpful for CLIPCOMM’s developers. If
possible, please send us ([email protected]) the captured messages together with the
description of situation when the error occurs.
