also
put
it

to
12
hours
before
placing
it
in
the
device
for
you
to
use
it
as
soon
as
it
is
connected.
To
avoid
an
excess
amount
of
foam
and
obtain
a
perfect
drawing,
the
beer
should
always
be
cooled
to
a
minimum
temperature
of
6°C.
IMPORTANT,
WARNING
!
Never
cool

in
the

a)
Keg
with
a
rubber
plug
:
This
type
of
plug
allows
you
to
pierce
the
keg
using
the
piercing
rod
that
you
will
have
previously
screwed
onto
the
distribution
unit
.
b)
Keg
with
mixed
plug
:
With
this
type
of
plug,
it
is
necessary
before
doing
anything
else
to
evacuate
the
air
from
the
keg
following
the
instructions
indicated
on
the
keg.
Then
this
part
should
be
removed
by
pulling
strongly
on
it
to
expose
the
second
part
of
the
plug
which
can
be
pierced
like
in
the
first
case.
c)
Keg
with
aeration
plug
:
It
is
impossible
to
distinguish
an
aeration
plug
from
a
mixed
plug
since
they
are
visually
identical.
With
the
aeration
plug,
proceed
like
with
the
mixed
plug
:
open
the
plug
to
let
the
air
evacuate
and
then
remove
it
by
pulling
abruptly
on
it.
Then
use
the
cutting
nippers
as
follows
:
Place
the
cutting
nippers
under
the
lock
ring
and
cut
the
plug.
A
part
of
the
plug
will
fall
into
the
keg
;
this
is
normal
and
will
not
alter
the
beer's
taste.
Then
install
the
universal
plug
(
