9 Repairs
Before repair work is carried out by specialist personnel with the relevant qualifications,
the following steps must be observed.
General repair procedure:
Step Activity
1 Stopping and turning off the machine
2 Putting the machine into the parking position
3 Removing and emptying the liquid container
4 Removing the battery from the machine
5 Carrying out repair work
6 Inserting the battery into the machine
After the repairs have been completed you must carry out the following tasks.
Process following repairs:
Step Activity
1 Produce the test protocol, activity log, etc.
2 Check safety devices are functioning
Do not enable the machine if the safety devices are not functioning
smoothly
3 Mount and secure the safety devices that have been removed
4 Remove any tools, foreign bodies or operating materials that have been
left lying
5 Perform a test run with a function check of the repaired parts
