Section 4 — Troubleshooting

8. Insert SD card into the card slot of the processor. Take care to 

insert card in the correct orientation.

9. Put mode selection switch in RUN mode.
10.Cycle power to the controller.
11.MS and OK lights will be red and CF light will be flashing. When 

I/O light stops flashing and OK and RUN lights are green it is safe 
to remove flash card. The whole process from power up takes 
about 30-60 seconds.

12.Plug in serial (if required) and Ethernet (if required) cables and 

confirm the operation.
