3. Beginning at bottom of conduit pocket, take the 1" strap
and weave strap through slit (or notch), around PVC
conduit, and around closest vertical end frame member.
End

Member
PVC conduit
is inside the
end panel
pocket.
NOTE:
Location of
end panel

differ from
what is
shown.
END PANEL INSTALLATION (CONTINUED)
NOTE:
Photos show a frame and end panel that differs
from actual frame and end panel. End panel is attached
in a similar manner however. Photos show frame as
seen standing inside shelter.
4. Move to next slit and repeat the process working up the
conduit and pocket.
Top of the End Panel
Make slit in end
panel conduit
pocket as shown.
Vertical (End
Panel) Pocket
Wrap strap around
the PVC conduit,
which is inside the
panel pocket.
9. With all PVC vertical conduits in place, tighten straps
for vertical end panel conduits.
Do not overtighten
strapping. Straps should be snug
.
5. Once strap is in place, tie upper end to vertical end
frame tube.
6. Slightly tighten strap by working it between conduit and
vertical end frame tube.
NOTE:
Do not overtighten. Strap is used to keep panel
from flapping during windy conditions.
7. Cut (if needed) and tie remaining (lower) end of strap to
end frame.
8. Repeat steps to assemble and install remaining PVC
conduit and strapping.
10. After all conduit straps are tight, move to top of end
rafter and tuck end panel flap over top of end rafter at
both ends. End panel flap is tucked between rafter and
main cover.
NOTE:
This flap can be secured in place by using Tek
screws and washers.
Attach screws to backside of end
rafter so they do not touch main cover
after it is pulled
back over end rafter.
11. Return to each strap near strap ends and drive a screw
and washer through strap and into vertical end frame
member to keep strap tight.
12. Refer to Ratchet Relocation diagram in Quick Start
section and reattach ratchets for main cover bonnet.
13. After attaching ratchets and if main cover is installed,
pull main cover bonnet into place and secure it using
ratchets.
NOTE:
If desired and depending on application, bottom
portion of end panel can be pulled under bottom end
frame tube and secured to tube with Tek screws and
washers. Or, bottom edge of end panel can be allowed
to run along end frame to help direct runoff away from
the building. Panel skirt can also be buried along end
wall base tube.
14. Read the Care and Maintenance section near the end
of this guide.
