PREPARE AND INSTALL THE END PANELS
The end panels attach to each end rafter and cover the
ends of the building. The end panels are held in place using
fabric clips and snugger balls. Each end panel is installed in
the same manner.
Gather the parts:
• End panels (#QE104486)
• Fabric clips (#CC6213): Divide quantity in half.
• End panel conduit pipe (#131S075)
• End panel conduit pipe (#131P0735)
• Snugger balls (#CC4595)
• Tek screws
WARNING:
To prevent damage to the covers and
prevent serious personal injury,
do not install the end
panels on a windy day
.
End panel is shipped as an untrimmed rectangle. Trim to
the desired shape
after
attaching it to the assembled frame.
Complete these steps to install an end panel:
1. Locate one (1) 75'' swaged pipe and one (1) 73.5'' plain
pipe.
2. Join the swaged end of one pipe into the plain end of
the other. Drive a Tek screw into the pipe joint.
3. Wrap the Tek screw and pipe joint with two layers of
duct tape to protect the end panel.
7. Slide the end panel conduit into the end panel pocket.
9. With the proper lift (or ladders) positioned inside the
frame and with assistance, pull the end panel up and
over the top of the end rafter. Square the end panel on
the end frame and verify that the bottom edge with the
conduit is against the ground.
4. Repeat steps to assemble the end panel conduit for the
remaining end panel.
5. Unfold an end panel near one end of the frame and
position the conduit pocket of the panel toward the end
rafter legs. (See diagrams.)
6. Position the edge of the end panel with the grommets
toward the open/front side of the frame.

8. Using Tek screws, evenly space and attach five (5)
fabric clips to secure the panel to the conduit.
Trim end panel to the desired shape and size after
installation. Position grommets toward the open/front side.
