The available memory slots are divided into three categories; Synth, Pad and Bass, with 99 memory
slots in each category, a total of 297 sounds. Having categories helps you quickly find the type of
sound you are looking for.
Use the two
S
OUND

ELECT

/D
OWN
buttons to step through all the
available sounds. To jump between categories, press
S
HIFT
and the
C
ATEGORY
buttons. When you select a sound, the name is shown briefly
in the
M
AIN
D
ISPLAY
. The smaller LED Display in the Sound Select sec-
tion always shows the patch number.If a Synth sound has been edited, a dot
is shown after the number to reflect this in the
S
OUND
S
ELECT
D
ISPLAY
.

To store a Synth Patch, press
S
HIFT
and the
S
TORE
S
YNTH
button in the Voices section. The display
in the Sound Select section starts blinking. You can now use the

to navigate to a memory location where you would like to store your Patch. To switch category, press

To name a Synth Patch you can use the

To start with a “clean slate” when programming sounds you can use the Sound Init function. This will
initialize the Patch to basic default settings. This is done by pressing
