MAINTENANCE
The use of this jack is limited to the removal installation, and transportation in the lowest position ,of transmission
and differentials
Avoid decentred placement of the gravity of the load , decentred placement of the load might cause overturning
of or damage to the transmission jack.

• Do not use this type of jack to handle diffenrentials or gearshifts having dimensions greater than the jack base
• Do not overload ! ! never lift the jack by the upper part. use the proper handles .
• Assure that the load is not allowed to drop suddenty or swing during transporting.
• This transmission jack is designed for use only onhard levelsurfaces capable of sustainig the load. use on ther
than hard surfacis can result in the jack instability and possible loss of load.
• Lower jib and load to the lowest possible position before transporting.
The safety valve is calibrated and
sealed by the manufacturer: it is
absolutely forbidden to tamper with
this valve or charge its calibration.

and or failure resulting in personal
injury or property damage .
Open the packages while checking
that the machine has not suffered any
damages in transit and that all pieces
in the packing list are present.
The packing material is to be recycled or used again.
The hydraulic system is a closed system , which under normal circumstances, only requires a monthly oiling of the
moving parts to be maintained. Activate the pump pedal and add oil slowly through the fi ller hole in case the
hydraulic unit leaks oil and has been taken apart in order to replace wom seals by new ones ( see the spare part
list ). ATTENTION ! NEVER USE BRAKE FLUID.
Quantityof oil: 1,6L
Warning : a surplus of oil might cause troubles. Usable oil: any hydraulic oil of gradation ISO 32 /22 ,
Grease the pins every 3 months. In case of oil leaking from the hydraulic system replace the seals.
Visual inspection shall be made before each use of the jack by checking for leaks ,damages and louse , missing or
worn parts. Each jack shall be inspected immediately if it is believed to have been subjected to an abnormal load
or shock.. It is RECOMMENDED that this inspection be made by supplier’s skilled personal. It is recommended
that an annual inspection of the jack be made by a suppliers authorized specialist and that defective dangerous
or other parts be replaced with original spare part supplied by the manufactured ( see spare part list )
Failure to heed these warnings may result in loss of the load , damage to the jack and or failure resulting in
personal injury or property damage.
Every damaged very used or abnormally operating jack SHALL BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
Must be destructed the oil must be drained from the cylinder and recycled according to the country lawn in force.
It is recommended that necessary repair be made by supplier’s authorized skilled personnel.
