DESCRIPTION
ASSEMBLING
These instructions are an essential part of the transmission jack and must always follow it even in case of sale.
The owner and or the operator of the jack shall understand the product operating instructions and warnings before
operating the jack.
The jack maker is not liable for damages brought about to people or things due to unfi t or unfl awed use of the jack.
PACKING
- 4 4 washers (40 )
- 1 air relief plug (39 )
- 4 wheels ( 42 )
- support (1 )
- 2 trolleys (41 )
- complete cylinder
Weight of jack: 62kg
Screw the wheels (42) on the trolley (41)
Screw in the 4 screws and 4 washers
(40) in the 2 trolleys (41) and pump (12)
MAKE SURE IT IS PERPENDICULAR on
both sides and FASTEN it fi rmly ( FIG.1 )
I insert the upper support (1) in the stem
(4) ( FIG. NR.2 )
Charge the plug (39) with the bored
plug (FIG. NR. 3)
START-UP
After carrying out the abovementioned operations the lift is ready
for use ; turn the release valve (36) and just operate the pedal (30)
to lift and to rotate the load (36) slowly counter- clockwise to lower.
