prohibited to use for the machine.
Tools were used to tighten or loosen
cylinder during mount/demounting.
Tighten or loosen cylinder
locking nuts with other tools is
strictly prohibited, please see the
operation manual and video
for the demount and change oil
cylinder.
Over high oil temperature (normal
40-60°C)
Prohibit for oil extraction higher than
60°C
Serious impact was made during
operating and relocating

Cylinder oil ejection valve was
opened while draining waste oil
from oil tank, positive pressure
inside the tank instantly pushes in
the cylinder which leads to cylinder
explosion
Always turn Off cylinder oil ejection
valve before oil draining
Oil leakage from cylinder oil
ejection valve
Impurity of compressed air/air
source, which contains water and
stains etc.
Filtered compress air before
connect to machine
Oil from cylinder has exceed the
STOP warning line, oil being
sucked through the vacuum tube
back to the vacuum generator.
Strictly follow the operational
manual and warning notice, waste
oil inside cylinder is NOT allow to
exceed the warning line.
Oil leakage in the connecting part
of oil tray and lifting pole
poorly sealed
Wrap PTFE thread seal tape in the
connecting part.
Oil leakage found inside the lifting
pole connector where connects to
oil tray
Connecters were poorly sealed.
Replace of sealing ring.
