Safety
• Do not stare into LED light. Bright light can dazzle and damage your eyes.
• Do not leave the activated light unattended.
• The lens of the LED panel can get hot. Do not rest the device lens down.
• Store out of children’s reach.
• Only use the chargers supplied with the item.
• During long term storage recharge the battery every three months.
• Not suitable for use in damp or wet conditions.
Battery handling
1. Ensure that the machine is switched OFF before you insert the battery.
Inserting a battery into a machine that is switched ON can cause accidents.
2. Charge batteries only in chargers recommended by the battery manufacturer.
Charging batteries is a charger intended for other types of battery can cause fi re.
3. Use only batteries designed for use with the inspection lamp. The use of other
types of battery can lead to burns or fi re.
4. When not in use, keep battery away from staples, coins, keys, nails, screws or
other metal objects which could bridge the contacts on the battery. A short circuit
between the battery contacts can lead to burns of fi re.
5. Fluid can leak from the battery if the machine is used incorrectly. Wash your
skin with water should the fl uid come into contact with your skin. Should the fl uid
come into contact with your eyes, rinse water and seek medical attention. Fluid
leaking from batteries can lead to irritation or burns.
6. Protect the battery from sources of heat and direct sunlight. Overheated
batteries can explode.
7. Do not burn the battery - danger of explosion.
8. Never attempt to open a battery.
9. Do not dispose of spent batteries with the household waste. Bring them to a
recycling facility.
