Assembly of frame
The following parts are required:
No. 2
Side walls
No. 3
Front wall
No. 4
Rear wall
No. 16 Cotter pins
No. 18 Locking levers – pre-mounted on
front and rear walls
No. 19 Washers - on front and rear walls
No. 20 Lock nuts - on front and rear walls
Assembled deck
1.
Fasten rear wall (part 4) to deck (part 1) by
sliding two cotter pins (part 16) through the
holes at bottom of rear wall and top of deck.
2.
Fasten side walls (part 2) to deck (part 1)
by sliding another four cotter pins (part
16), two per side wall, through holes at
bottom of side walls and top of deck.
3.
In order to secure rear wall (part 4) with
side walls (part 2), lift pre-mounted lock-
ing levers (part 18) on front and rear walls.
Then forcefully press each locking lever
downward and around the catch on end
of side wall.
4.
Do the same for front wall
(part 3) using cotter pins (part
16) and two remaining locking
levers (part 18).
