4. Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl. Fill it to slightly below the bowl’s edge.
Then turn the selector dial to
HEAT MOTOR
. The chocolate will then be pumped
up through the fountain-head screw and cascade down the tower.
5. Let the chocolate flow for 2 minutes, then turn off the motor off for about 30 sec in
order to let any possible trapped air bubbles escape from the system.
6. If the chocolate seems to flow too slowly, mix it with about 2 tablespoons of
vegetable oil to thin it out.
NOTE:
• Use only pure melted chocolate, nothing with nuts or other solid ingredients that
can clog the product and prevent it from functioning properly.
• Never add any cold liquids to the melted chocolate. This can make
the chocolate solidify.
Care and maintenance
1. Make sure that the product is off, unplugged and completely cooled down.
2. Clean the screw and tower using some warm water mixed with a little
washing-up liquid.
3. Remove any remaining chocolate with a kitchen towel.
Never
pour any excess
chocolate down your drain as it will harden and possibly clog up your waste pipes.
NOTE:
The motor unit must absolutely not be rinsed or submerged in water.
