Use
Setting the time and date
1. Press and hold in MODE for 3-4 seconds until the display starts to flash.
2. Press + or - to set the year.
3. Press MODE to display the date.
4. Press + or - to set the month and day. Hold the button in to advance the setting
more quickly.
5. Press MODE to display the time.
6. Press + or - to set the time. Hold the button in to advance the setting more quickly.
7. Press MODE and the display will be in 12 hour clock format.
8. Push + or - to change between 12 or 24 hour clock format.
9. Press MODE and the display will show °C and °F.
10. Press + or - to change between °C and °F.
11. Press MODE to confirm the settings.
Please note that if the time and date are set after activation, the accuracy of the rainfall
history can be affected. The main unit should be reset by pressing RESET and then
the time and date should be set.
Indoor and outdoor temperature
• Press IN-OUT TEMPERATURE to change between indoor and outdoor temperature.
• To activate the automatic alternating mode, press and hold in IN-OUT TEMP for 3-4
seconds. Repeat the same procedure to deactivate the automatic alternating mode.
• The temperature trend during the latest three minutes will be shown on the display.
Temperature alarm
When the indoor or outdoor temperature rises above or falls below a set value the
alarm will sound for 5 seconds every minute. A symbol will also flash on the display.
Setting the temperature alarm
1. Press and hold in ALERT until the ALERT symbol and the up arrow start to flash on
the display.
2. Press + or - to set the highest indoor temperature value.
3. Press ALERT. The down arrow will appear on the display. Press + or - to set the
lowest indoor temperature value.
4. Press ALERT. The up arrow and OUT appear on the display. Press + or - to set the
highest outdoor temperature value.
5. Press ALERT. The down arrow will appear on the display. Press + or - to set the
lowest outdoor temperature value.
6. Press ALERT to confirm the settings.
