1. Select

by turning the knob (15). Press
ENTER

(14) repeatedly to select from: TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES AGE or T.H.R.
E.g. if you select
TIME
the setting for time will flash. Enter a training time by turning the knob (15),
confirm by pressing the knob (15).
N.B. Time and Distance can not be set at the same time.
. Repeat the procedure for all the settings and then push the knob (15) to start the training program.
4. A buzzer sounds for a few seconds when you have reached your target, e.g. when the countdown
reaches “0” (if a time has been set). If you set more than one target and would like to reach the next
target, just press the knob (15) to continue.
Heart Rate Control
• Heart rate control is read magnetically. There is an automatic adjustment of the read heart rate
compared to the actual heart rate.
• If your pulse rate is less then the set target value, the load resistance will increase. If your pulse rate is
above the set target value, the load resistance will decrease.
• If the load resistance has decreased to its lowest possible value and your pulse is still above the set tar-
get value the display starts to flash to warn you to slow down.
N.B. This program can only be used if the computer can read your pulse without interruption.
