Setting the direction of rotation
• To unscrew nuts turn the knob forward/backward to the left.
• Turn it to the right if the nut is left-threaded. Do not tighten too tight.
• Using too narrow connecting pieces reduces the pressure and hence the
effect.
• We recommend a 3/8" (inner diameter) hose and connecting piece with 1/4"
thread.
• Hoses longer than 15 m should have a 1/2" inner diameter.
• Never carry a pneumatic tool by the hose and never attempt to move the tool
or the compressor by pulling on the hose.
• Make sure the air hoses do not come near heat, oil, and sharp edges. Replace
immediately hoses that are in any way defective.
Storage
The tool must be oiled before storage. Follow the oiling instructions in this manual
with the exception of page 3. You should let the tool run for only 2–3 seconds
instead of 7 as more oil is needed in the tool when it is stored.
