PROCEDURES FOR TRANSPORTING
How To Put The Fusion 20 IX In A Van Or Truck
WARNING:
The machine is heavy. Make
sure you use two able persons
to assist the machine in climb-
ing the ramp.
1.
Make sure the loading ramp is at least eight (8)
feet long, and strong enough to support the
machine.
2.
Make sure the ramp is clean and dry.
3.
Put the ramp in position.
4.
Push down on head lift pedal to raise head to pad
changing position. See figure 1.
5.
Turn key switch "ON".
6.
Align the machine on a level surface five (5) feet in
front of the ramp.
7.
Put the traverse knob at full speed.
8.
Push in one of the forward/reverse switches. See
figure 2.
9.
Push the machine to the top of the ramp.
10. Engage the parking brake.
11. Turn the key switch "OFF".
12. Fasten the machine to the vehicle. Note position
of anchor tie down holes. See figure 3.
How To Remove The Fusion 20 IX From A Van Or
Truck
1. Make sure there are no obstructions in the area.
2. Make sure the unloading ramp is at least eight (8)
feet long and strong enough to support the
machine.
3. Make sure the ramp is clean and dry.
4. Put the ramp in position.
5. Unfasten the machine.

in moving the machine down the
ramp.
